Update: 19 November 2021

A jury in Kenosha County Circuit Court found Patriot and defender of his community Kyle Rittenhouse, not guilty on all counts.

On four criminal charges, Rittenhouse potentially faced the rest of his life incarcerated.

After the prosecution rested its case,Judge Bruce Schroeder dismissed the charge of curfew violation against Rittenhouse, citing a lack of evidence offered by the prosecution, the charge of unlawful possession of a firearm was also dismissed.

Mr. Rittenhouse was charged with:

first-degree reckless homicide, punishable by imprisonment of up to 65 years (for killing Joseph Rosenbaum)
first-degree intentional homicide, punishable by a mandatory life sentence without the possibility of parole (for killing Anthony Huber)
attempted first-degree intentional homicide, punishable by imprisonment of up to 65 years (for shooting and injuring Gaige Grosskreutz)
first-degree recklessly endangering safety (two counts), punishable by imprisonment of up to 17 years and six months per count, one count for endangering Richard McGinnis and one count firing two shots that missed at a man who jump kicked Rittenhouse

Kyle Rittenhouse defended his community besieged by Marxist Black Lives Matter mobs. Three Marxist criminals, one a convicted sex offender, sought to kill Mr. Rittenhouse for defending his community from the Bolshevik flames.

Mr. Rittenhouse collapsed in tears of relief, and hugged his lawyers after regaining composure. In the months after the trial, he created a fundraising initiative for he and other Conservatives to sue and hold accountable fake news media.

Marxist insurrection

America is in the midst of a 21st century Civil War. The country is engaged in 4th generational (4Gen) warfare between two socio-political groups comprised of blocs aligned to each side’s ideology. Since the election of President Donald J. Trump in 2016, Leftists have engaged in 4Gen warfare including rioting, terrorist attacks, and digital information warfare through censorship, and cyberattacks.

Black Lives Matter and antifa are two groups Crucible Media has exposed in depth. Both of these networks since May 2020 have engaged in Maoist style revolutionary tactics through rioting, real world and online intimidation. Currently neither side has begun full scale kinetic tactical operations, hence why many commentators shy away from labeling the current insurrection as a “Civil War.”

Your opinion of Kyle Rittenhouse’s actions aligns sharply in one camp or the other in the polemic over his actions. Mr. Rittenhouse is one of two characters in this latest battle in our Civil War. One character as painted by Leftists is a cold-blooded white nationalist killer with no remorse. Rittenhouse’s other character is anchored in reason and logic – he was a frightened Patriot who acted in self-defense.

What led to Mr. Rittenhouse fleeing for his life from a violent Black Lives Matter mob, killing two and wounding one? How did the Fake News Media blatantly lie about the shooting?

Jacob Blake Shooting

On August 23, Kenosha Police responded to a domestic disturbance call. Police scanner audio indicates a woman called 911 to report Jacob Blake was at her home and wasn’t supposed to be, and had stolen her keys. Responding police were situationally aware of Blake’s arrest warrant for domestic abuse and a felony sex crime. Blake brawled with cops before reaching inside his car and was shot. It was later discovered Blake was reaching for a knife in his car.

Blake survived but several days later, Marxist rioters from Chicago were notified by their Twitter Social Justice Soviets and commenced rioting. Marxists Black Lives Matter terrorists attacked Kenosha police and tossed incendiary bombs.

Amid the rioting, one Marxist accidentally lit herself on fire. BLM terrorist leaders called for more rioting and terrorism, enabled by their Social Media commissars. Several Communist banners were identified amid Black Lives Matters rioters, including a “Freedom Road Socialist Organization” banner. The FRSO has a strong presence in Chicago and Minneapolis. The FRSO website quotes Chairman Mao Tse’Tung.

Enter the Kenosha Kid

Kyle Rittenhouse was employed as a community lifeguard in Kenosha, WI. For his 16th birthday, Rittenhouse asked for donations to Humanizing the Badge, a non-profit whose mission is to strengthen bonds between police and the communities they serve.

Rittenhouse and a friend went to a local public high school to remove graffiti by rioters. Later in the day, they received information about a call for help from a local auto dealership owner, whose downtown Kenosha dealership was ruined by the Marxist mob. Rittenhouse and a friend were given rifles by a friend, the legal firearms were in Wisconsin and never crossed state lines. Wisconsin’s open carry law has an exemption for 16 and 17 year olds.

Rittenhouse stood guard at a local dealership. Later after the 8 p.m. curfew passed, police began to disperse a mob. While dispersing the rioters, Kenosha police maneuvered a group down the street towards the auto shops. Rittenhouse and others were threatened and taunted, but did not react.

At 11:44 p.m., police reported three or four people trying to light vehicles on fire at a car lot on 63rd Street and Sheridan Road. Rittenhouse moved towards the second mechanic’s shop, after obtaining a fire extinguisher, and proceeded along an area bordering a nearby police-patrolled thoroughfare to pass it to another person, putting out auto fires started by the Marxist mob.

Rittenhouse’s effort to extinguish the fires attracted the notice of rioters who grew jealous of being upstaged. The Communist mob began chasing him down. Kyle attempted to flee, but he could not do so. Hearing the sound of a gunshot behind him, Kyle turned and was immediately confronted by Communist rioter Joseph Rosenbaum lunging towards him, reaching for his rifle.

Rittenhouse reacted instantaneously and justifiably with his weapon to protect himself, firing and fatally striking Rosenbaum. Rittenhouse stopped to render aid to Rosenbaum. The Marxist mob bore down on Rittenhouse, who fled for his safety and his survival. Another attacker struck Kyle from behind as he fled. Rittenhouse turned as the mob moved in, and he fell to the ground with rioters shouting “kill him!”

One rioter kicked Kyle in the head while he was on the ground. Another bashed him over the head with a skateboard. In justifiable self-defense, Kyle fired at his immediate attackers, striking two, including one armed with a Glock. Video evidence tracking Rittenhouse movements around the mob dismantles Leftists narratives that Rittenhouse was there to instigate and riot.

Rittenhouse continued down the street in the direction of police with his hands in the air. He attempted to contact multiple police officers, but police told him to keep moving. That evening, Rittenhouse fully cooperated, turning himself in to police in his hometown, Antioch, Illinois without incident.

Notice the difference between a young “conservative” (white) man who surrenders, in contrast to Marxist rioters and Black Lives Matter criminals who violently resist police.

The Marxist Characters

What are the odds of a teenager fleeing for his life from a Marxist mob firing his weapon and striking three convicted felons including two sex offenders? Pretty good in this case.

Joseph ‘JoJo’ Rosenbaum was the first fatality. Rosenbaum was a registered sex offender for a sex crime involving a minor under the age of twelve. According to the terms of his probation, approaching a minor like Rittenhouse without a designated legal supervisor was grounds for revocation and imprisonment.

The second Bolshevik, Anthony Huber (the punk who ineffectually weaponized a skateboard against Rittenhouse), had two felony domestic abuse charges: strangulation and suffocation, and false imprisonment, use of a dangerous weapon. Huber was fatally shot by Rittenhouse.

The third Bolshevik, Gaige P. Grosskreutz, survived. Grosskreutz took a severe gunshot wound to his bicep. He has a felony charge for burglary, and several misdemeanors for theft, trespass, armed with a firearm while intoxicated. Grosskreutz was a Bolshevik felon in possession of a handgun.

The Fake News media has sanitized the criminal histories of these three Bolsheviks.

Marxists wage digital infowar

Twitter suspended Gateway Pundit reporter Cassandra Fairbanks’ account for tweeting “Kyle Rittenhouse did nothing wrong.” Twitter claims that this statement is “glorifying violence.” Yet following the death of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Leftists (Reza Aslan, a pedophile and cannibal) are threatening on Twitter’s social media to “burn the country down.”

Twitter took no action against Aslan and other Black Lives Matter terrorists encouraging violence. Twitter is a Communist network – their executives are enemies of America and Western Civilization. On the same day that Twitter suspended Fairbanks, Twitter was flooded with users glorifying the murder of a Patriot Prayer peaceful protester in Portland, Oregon. In September, Twitter Bolsheviks temporarily locked the account of one of Rittenhouse’s attorneys.
