Background and Organization

Black Lives Matter is a Marxist terrorist network organized formally in 2013 as the “Black Lives Matter Network.”  The network has its roots in an organized social media campaign in July, protesting the acquittal of George Zimmerman in the shooting death of black teen Trayvon Martin earlier in February 2012.  The Marxist network received national exposure for mass rioting following the 2014 deaths of two black youth: Michael Brown—resulting in rioting in Ferguson Missouri, a city near St. Louis—and Eric Garner in New York City.

Alicia Garza, Patrisse Cullors, and Opal Tometi are the organizers of the initial social media campaigns, protests, and rioting. The three founding organizers are avowed Marxists, and all publicly proclaim inspiration from Communists and black supremacists. “Black Lives Matter” protests incite black rage over the “virulent anti-Black racism” that “permeates American society.” The BLM networks depict America as a racist, white supremacist, homophobic dystopia. Black activists claim America was originally “built on Indigenous genocide and chattel slavery” and “continues to thrive on the brutal exploitation of people of color.”

In a July 2015 speech at the annual Netroots Nation convention in Phoenix, Arizona Cullors exhorted fellow blacks to “rise the fuck up,” “shut this shit down,” and “burn everything down!” In 2015 as well, Cullors openly acknowledged BLM’s Communist objectives, proclaiming on video:

We actually do have an ideological frame. Myself and Alicia [Garza] in particular, we’re trained organizers. We are trained Marxists. We are super versed on ideological theories.”

In the same interview, Cullors reveals that for more than a decade she had been the protégé of Eric Mann, a Marxist terrorist who in the 1960s and ’70s was a member of the Weather Underground whose stated objective was to launch a race war against “white” America on behalf of the nonwhite Third World.  In the same interview, Cullors admits Mann trained her in Marxist-Leninist tactics.

The notion that “systemic racism” in America results in targeted police killings against blacks, including extrajudicial “police brutality” is a lie.  Empirical evidence points to the contrary.  BLM claims to represent blacks “marginalized” from other nationalist movements, black “queer” and black “transgenders,” blacks who self-identify along non-traditional points of the “gender spectrum.”  The political demands of the BLM network read like a Marxist wish list that includes billions of dollars more in the trillions of dollars already invested in black communities and social welfare program, by the Federal government.

BLM demands are based on models of the Black Panther Party’s Ten-Point Program.

Yusra Khogali, the co-founder of BLM’s Toronto branch in late 2015 posted the following message on Facebook:

“Whiteness is not humxness. infact, white skin is sub-humxn…. White ppl are recessive genetic defects. this is factual. white ppl need white supremacy as a mechanism to protect their survival as a people because all they can do is produce themselves. black ppl simply through their dominant genes can literally wipe out the white race if we had the power to.”

At various workshops, BLM network teaches tactics and philosophy of the late Jewish Communist Saul Alinsky.  In his “Rules For Radicals” Alinsky teaches in order to most effectively cast themselves as defenders of moral authority and human decency, radical activists and political organizers should take great pains to react dramatically – with highly exaggerated displays of “shock, horror, and moral outrage” – whenever their targeted enemy errs, or can be depicted as having erred, in any way. (Alinksy, “Rules For Radicals” Pg. 130)

Alinsky taught that for radical leftist activism to be effective, Leftists and their Marxist allies should never give the appearance of being satisfied with any compromise proposed by the opposition (be they Conservative or Liberal); that any bargain with the “devil” is morally tainted and void. The ultimate goal, said Alinsky, is not compromise or peaceful coexistence, but to “crush the opposition” by remaining “dedicated to eternal war.”

In August 2015, the Democratic National Committee (DNC) approved a resolution endorsing the BLM movement.  On September 16, 2015, BLM Marxists Brittany Packnett, DeRay McKesson, Johnetta Elzie, Phillip Agnew, and Jamye Wooten met at the White House with Barack Hussein Obama and his senior advisor Valerie Jarrett. At the meeting Obama gave his personal endorsement to the Marxist terrorist network.

Black Lives Matter is a decentralized Marxist network, while Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation (BLM Global Network Foundation) is the national, organizing chapter of a growing network of local Black Lives Matters chapters.  Since 2016, BLM Global Network Foundation is a fiscally-sponsored project of Thousand Currents, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, EIN # 47-4143254.  The Foundation has not filed with the IRS since 2017.

Susan Rosenberg, the vice-chair of the board of directors of BLM Global Network Foundation’s fiscal sponsor Thousand Currents, was a convicted member of the Weather Underground, a Communist group responsible for multiple bombings in the 1980s.  Donations to the network made online automatically redirect to ActBlue, a fundraising umbrella network for Democratic Party political candidates.

When you research expenditures of ActBlue, their contributions directly link to top DNC campaigns.  ActBlue distributes the money raised to Thousand Currents, which is then granted to Black Lives Matter.  In June, following weeks of non-stop rioting, a Black Lies Matter funded group, called the Minnesota Freedom Fund, received $35 million in donations to bail out their Marxist insurrectionists.  With $35 million in bail donations, the group only paid $200,000 in bail costs.

Toppling Black Lies About Police Brutality

The Marxist Black Lives Matter terrorist network affirms that blacks in America are subject to “systemic oppression,” “state-sanctioned violence,” and extra-judicial killings by police and law enforcement. Instead of focusing on crime prevention through the strengthening of the family, and male agency; BLM insists that all black interaction with police is police brutality.

A 2019 study published in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences shows that white police are no more likely than black or Hispanic police to shoot blacks. “In fact,” writes Manhattan Institute scholar Heather MacDonald, the study concludes “if there is a bias in police shootings after crime rates are taken into account, it is against white civilians.”  Every year, without exception, whites who are shot and killed by police officers in far outnumber blacks and Hispanics.

Black Lives Matter Communists initially organized to “protest” the acquittal of George Zimmerman in the shooting death of black teen Trayvon Martin. The Trayvon Martin case is one of many central cases cited by the terrorist group of “police brutality.”  I will analyze each of these core cases decried by BLM as “police brutality,” proving in every case, police acted justly.

Don’t Say Their Names: Black Lies About Police Brutality

Trayvon Martin

On July 13, 2013 George Zimmerman in the shooting death of black teen Trayvon Martin earlier in February 2012.  Zimmerman claimed Martin was casing a neighborhood for burglary and robbery, and acting as part of neighborhood Block Watch patrol, confronted Martin. A struggle ensued and Zimmerman fatally shot Martin, a black teen. The neighborhood where both Zimmerman and Martin resided was called “The Retreat at Twin Lakes.”

From January 1, 2011, through February 26, 2012, police were called to The Retreat at Twin Lakes 402 times.  Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch coordinator, claimed Martin was concealing his person through hooded clothing and was acting suspicious. He called police, and confronted Martin who reacted violently, initiating the fight. Witness accounts proved unreliable.  Zimmerman’s account with police investigators had Martin attempting to grab his gun. According to Florida’s Stand Your Ground law, Zimmerman acted in justifiable self defense.

On July 19, six days after the verdict, Obama gave an impromptu 20-minute speech in which he complained about the verdict, and about race relations in the United States.  Obama said that he identified with Trayvon, that “Trayvon Martin could have been me, 35 years ago.” He complained that blacks in the America (himself included, before he became a senator) commonly suffered racial abuse.

Michael Brown

On August 9, 2014, Michael Brown Jr., an 18-year-old black teen, was fatally shot by 28-year-old Ferguson policeman Darren Wilson in the city of Ferguson, Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis.  On the morning of August 9, surveillance video shows Brown handing a young clerk a package, believed by to be marijuana, then receiving an unpurchased package of cigarillos from the store, and assaulting the clerk.  Police received a call about Brown having stolen a box of Swisher cigars.

Officer Wilson drove up to Brown and his friend as they were walking in the middle of the street, and ordered them to move off the street. Wilson continued driving past the two men, but then backed up and stopped close to them.

Typical of all these cases of “police brutality,” The black teen attacked the officer, through the window of the police SUV.  Officer Wilson fired twice during the struggle from inside the vehicle, with one bullet striking Brown’s hand.  Brown and his friend fled the scene and hid as Officer Wilson pursued them.  Officer Wilson fired his gun again, while facing Brown, and hit him fatally with at least 6 shots.

Officers arrived on scene within minutes to back up Wilson. Brown’s body lay in the street for almost 3 hours due to riotous black crowds.  BLM terrorists claim Brown’s hands were up and he cried, “don’t shoot.” This is a lie according to multiple eyewitnesses.  A new special prosecutor spent 5 months reviewing the case and in July 2020, cleared Officer Wilson of all wrongdoing.  This, after weeks of rioting in 2014.

Eric Garner

NYPD officers approached Garner on July 17, 2014 on suspicion of selling single cigarettes from packs without tax stamps. After Garner who was 6’2″ tall and 395 lbs., told the police that he was “tired of being harassed” and that he was not selling cigarettes, officers attempted to arrest Garner. When Officer Daniel Pantaleo placed his hands on Garner, Garner pulled his arms away, resisting arrest. Pantaleo then placed his arm around Garner’s neck and wrestled him to the ground.  The arrest was supervised by a female African-American NYPD sergeant, Kizzy Adonis, who did not intercede.  Adonis was quoted in the original police report as stating, “The perpetrator’s condition did not seem serious and he did not appear to get worse.”

BLM terrorists claim police used a banned “chokehold” to wrestle Garner to the ground and arrest him. Garner was heard crying “I can’t breathe” 11 times on recorded video.  This is factually a lie. Police used a “submission hold” to subdue Garner after he resisted arrest.  So say experts. Submissions holds are not barred by the NYPD.

According to Garner’s friends, he “had several health issues: diabetes, sleep apnea, and asthma so severe that he had to quit his job as a horticulturist for the city’s parks department. He wheezed when he talked and could not walk a block without resting, they said.”  A NY Grand Jury and the U.S. DOJ decided to clear the NYPD of any wrongdoing, and not indict police officers involved. In October 2016, Obama’s Attorney General Lynch removed local FBI agents and federal prosecutors from the DOJ investigations, replacing them with agents from outside New York. A move that is highly suspect, favoring black lives matter terrorists.

The killing of Eric Garner could easily been avoided had Garner simply not resisted arrest.  Garner had been arrested by the NYPD more than thirty times since 1980 on charges such as assault, resisting arrest, grand larceny, and selling untaxed cigarettes.

Tamir Rice

On November 22, 2014, Tamir Rice, a 12-year old black boy, was killed in Cleveland, Ohio, by police. Rice was carrying a Airsoft replica toy gun; Loehmann shot him almost immediately after arriving on the scene.  Two officers were responding to a police dispatch call regarding a male who had a gun. A caller reported that a male was pointing “a pistol” at random people at the Cudell Recreation Center, a park in Cleveland’s Public Works Department.  At the beginning of the call and again in the middle, the caller describes the pistol, “it’s probably fake.”  Toward the end of the two-minute call, the caller states that “he is probably a juvenile;” – but this information was not relayed to police on the initial dispatch.

Rice’s gun was later found to be an Airsoft replica that lacked the orange-tipped barrel, indicating a replica that shoots pellets and not an actual firearm.  Video recording briefly shows Rice talking on a cellphone, and sitting at a picnic table in a park gazebo. A patrol car moves at high speed across the park lawn and then stops abruptly by the gazebo. Rice reached for his waist band before an officer jumps out of the car and immediately shoots Rice.

In December 2014, a Grand Jury concluded police were justified in their actions and refused to indict the officers involved in the shooting.  In 2016, Rice’s family received $6 million in a civil law suit.  Once again, the killing of a black youth could have been avoided had the suspect not engaged in criminal activity – this time not brandishing a replica firearm in front of police!

Freddie Gray Jr.

On April 12, 2015, Freddie Gray Jr., a 25-year-old black youth, was arrested by the Baltimore Police and charged for possessing an illegal ‘switchblade’ knife.   While being transported in a police van, Gray fell into a coma and was taken to a local hospital.  Gray died on April 19, 2015; his death attributed to sustained injuries to his spinal cord.

Police encountered Freddie Gray on the morning of April 12, 2015, near Baltimore’s Gilmor Homes housing project, a community known for drug dealing, and violent crime.  Approximately three weeks prior to the Gray case, state prosecutors requested “enhanced” drug enforcement efforts in the Gilmor Homes vicinity.  Once police arrived in the neighborhood, Gray fled unprovoked upon noticing police officers.  Police stopped Gray, discovering a ‘switchblade’ knife concealed on his person, and charged him under Baltimore city code.

Predictably, the black youth resisted arrest, as officers had to drag him to a transport vehicle.  The vehicle made 4 confirmed stops with Gray inside, including 2 stops for a paramedic to attend to Gray, a stop to pick up another arrested person, another stop for paramedics to transport Gray to a local hospital, where he slipped into a coma and died a week later.

By 2016, all charges against the 6 police officers involved, 3 of whom were black, were dismissed via mistrial, acquitted, or had charges dropped.  In 2017, the U.S. Department of Justice announced it would not bring further charges against officers in the Gray case.  Like other cases, the killing of Freddie Gray Jr. could have been avoided if Gray had not resisted arrest.  What was he doing in a crime ridden area infested with drug dealers?  Gray could have been looking to add to his extensive criminal record.

Alton Sterling

On July 5, 2016, two Baton Rouge, Louisiana police officers responded to a complaint about a black man selling CDs outside a convenience store, threatening passersby.  The store owner said there were other regular CD vendors outside his store who were recently robbed. Sterling, a 37-year-old convicted felon, illegally purchased a firearm days prior to the shooting.  Alton Sterling, unsurprisingly (like other blacks in cases cited by BLM groups) had a lengthy criminal record dating to 1996; aggravated battery, illegal possession of firearm with a controlled dangerous substance, and – a registered sex offender!

Baton Rouge police tased and attempted to subdue Sterling, a 37-year-old black sex offender.  During the struggle, Sterling continued to disobey police orders, at one point reaching for a concealed gun. Amateur video recordings show police shooting Sterling and moving a gun away from his left arm.  The U.S. DOJ in 2017 announced it would not charge police officers involved in the Sterling case. In 2018, the Louisiana A.G. announced it would also not charge the officers.

According to the coroner’s toxicology report, alcohol, caffeine, amphetamines including methamphetamine, cocaine, opiates, and THC were found in Sterling’s body.

Convicted sex offender Alton Sterling died because he resisted lawful arrest. In December 2018, Alton Sterling’s son, Cameron Sterling was arrested by East Baton Rouge police on a first-degree rape count. Like father, like son.

A pattern emerges, blindly ignored by BLM terrorist networks.

Philando Castille

On July 6, 2016 police fatally shot Philando Castile, a 32-year-old black man during a traffic stop in Falcon Heights, a suburb of Saint Paul, Minnesota.  Police stopped Castille’s car with his girlfriend and her 4-year-old daughter inside the vehicle in Falcon Heights, Minnesota, a suburb of Saint Paul.  Officers had probably cause to stop the car, since they thought Castille matched the description of a robbery suspect.

A 40-second vehicle dash-cam reveals that Castille provided his driver’s license and proof of insurance, informing the officer he possessed a firearm in the car.  In the final 13 seconds of the dash-cam video, a police officer repeatedly orders Castille not to move his hands. Castille disobeys and continues to reach for an unknown object. Video analysis proves that Castille did indeed have a firearm concealed in his lap. The wallet was in the left front pocket of his sweat pants (left thigh).  Same proximity as the handgun resting part in his lap and part on his left thigh.

The gun was found to be in Castile’s pocket when paramedics were prepared to load his fatally wounded body into an ambulance.  Castille and his girlfriend were later discovered to have been smoking marijuana in the vehicle with her 4-year-old daughter present.  Possessing a firearm while using a controlled substance is a serious crime.  In 2017, the officer involved was acquitted by a jury of his peers of any wrongdoing.  Castille’s family received a settlement of $3 million.  As with other cases, this black fellow would have been alive had he followed police orders.

Ahmaud Arbery

On February 23, 2020, Ahmaud Marquez Arbery, 25-year-old black criminal with a lengthy record, was gunned down by a posse of armed citizens in Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia.  Arbery’s arrest record lists: carrying a firearm on (high school) campus, several accounts of obstructing law enforcement, and a shoplifting arrest in 2018 which violated his probation for the 2013 arrest.

A retired police officer and investigator for the Georgia District Attorney’s office, his 43-year-old son, and a friend  were following Arbery in a Brunswick, GA neighborhood suspecting that Arbery was a burglar who had recently been targeting homes in the area.  The retired investigator told police they requested Arbery to stop running, when he refused they confronted him. Video footage reveals Arbery approached the former cop’s son, attacking him and struggling for control over the other man’s shotgun.

Georgia’s code on Citizen’s Arrest states, “A private person may arrest an offender if the offense is committed in his presence or within his immediate knowledge. If the offense is a felony and the offender is escaping or attempting to escape, a private person may arrest him upon reasonable and probable grounds of suspicion.”  The retired police detective and his son did indeed have probable cause to question and initiate a lawful Citizen’s Arrest of Arbery, given surveillance video.  Video shows Arbery indeed illegally trespassing at a home under construction on Satilla Drive.  The same location where police received complaints of burglary.

In May, Georgia State Attorney supported by the U.S. DOJ and FBI began investigations into the shooting.  In June, Glynn County grand jury had issued an indictment against all three defendants.

Collaborators with the BLM terrorist group immediately spun the “white supremacy” narrative, a low-IQ response to crime in the political commons.  Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms blamed President Trump for Arbery’s death.  The posse confronting Arbery initially made calls to 911.  Given the fact Arbery initiated the fight, at the point Arbery grabbed the shotgun, under Georgia Law, the citizen confronting Arbery was allowed to use deadly force to protect himself.

To represent Arbery as an “innocent jogger” who was hunted and gunned down because of white racism is a gross distortion of the facts.

George Floyd

  • On May 25, 2020 Minneapolis police responded to a complaint about possible counterfeit bills used at a convenience store, by 46-year-old black criminal, George Floyd.  Police questioned Floyd, who appeared intoxicated and under the influence of controlled substances, placing him under arrest.  Floyd was a violent felon who had an extensive criminal record:
  • 2009 aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon involving a pregnant woman (Floyd was incarcerated 2009-2014),
  • 5 convictions related to theft, possession, and trade of illicit drugs,
  • 5 arrests in the past 20 years,
  • 2 convictions in the 1990’s for possession and theft of cocaine (however, there are no court records on whether he was incarcerated for these charges),
  • 1998 George Floyd served 10 months at Harris County Jail for firearm robbery,
  • 2002 Floyd spent 30 days in prison for trespassing on private property,
  • October 2002 Floyd was sentenced to 8 months for cocaine charges,
  • 2004 for 10 months, and in 2005 for 10 months.

Floyd resisted arrest from initial point of contact with police officers, first while sitting in his car, then outside struggling with officers, refusing to get in the patrol car. Floyd claimed he was “claustrophobic” yet had no problem sitting in his own car. Floyd began saying “I can’t breathe” while standing up, struggling, resisting arrest proceeding to tell his life story and complain for the next 10 minutes. Quite a feat for one claiming “I can’t breathe.”

At one point during the struggle – Floyd asks to lay down on the ground!

In June 2020, the responding officer was charged with 2nd degree murder, and the 3 other officers involved with aiding and abetting second-degree murder.  Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison is a collaborator and known supporter of both the antifa terrorist group and BLM terrorist network.  Ellison, then a congressman and the deputy chair of the Democratic National Committee, posted on social media after a visit to the Moon Palace Books shop in Minneapolis in January 2018: “At @MoonPalaceBooks and I just found the book that strike [sic] fear in the heart of @realDonaldTrump.” He attached a photo of himself holding a book Antifa: The Anti-Fascist Handbook by Mark Bray.

Minnesota AG’s son, Jeremiah Ellison, a Minneapolis city council member publicly stated his allegiance to the antifa terrorist group.

Given Minnesota AG Ellison and his son Jeremiah a Minneapolis city council member, collaborate with the antifa terrorist group, it is unlikely the 4 officers involved in the George Floyd case will ever receive a fair trial.

Official autopsy reveals Floyd died of cardiopulmonary arrest, and tested positive for Chinese COVID-19 virus.  Floyd was also shown to have severe heart disease.  Toxicology reports reveal Floyd possessed large quantities of fentanyl and methamphetamine in his system when he died.

An 18-minute video of police body-cam from Floyd’s arrest reveals him resisting from initial contact to his death, with police officers being more than patient with him.  The officers involved did their lawful duty.

Crimes of Black Lives Matter – Communists in America

All of the cases in this article ended in death because a black man (or youth) usually with a lengthy criminal record resisted police orders.  The Leftist race card is declined because the actions of the Police in the major cases we cited were not racially motivated.  BLM terrorists instead weaponize   violent riots and looting immediately after career criminal George Floyd’s death, orchestrated by the Communist terrorist organization Black Lives Matter, and the all-white Marxist terrorists, Antifa.

The rioting, looting, burning, robbing, and murdering ,vandalizing churches, toppling statues and war memorials including a memorial to Civil War black Soldiers is a Communist insurrection.  George Floyd has become a martyred figurehead of a social justice cult.  The violent toppling of historical statues and memorials evokes imagery of Communist insurrections most notably Mao’s “Cultural Revolution.” Ask the Tibetans how that turned out.  BLM is anti-civilization and anti-Christian.

Black Lives Matter riots are a projection of racial Marxism (blacks are now a new proletariat).

The group commits acts of criminality and terrorism and must face justice:

In the Congressional Record, published by the United States Government Printing Office, Proceedings of the House, 1957, page 8559, the documentation of the Communist plan for using the Negroes to achieve a Communist victory in America is clear and concise. In column one, on page 8559, we uncover the following:

“Israel Cohen, a leading Communist in England, in his A Racial Program For the Twentieth Century, wrote:

We must realize that our Party’s most powerful weapon is racial tension. By propounding into the consciousness of the dark races that for centuries they have been oppressed by the whites, we can mould them to the program of the Communist Party. In America, we will aim for subtle victory. While inflaming the Negro minority against the whites, we will instill into the whites a guilt complex for their exploitation of the Negroes. We will aid the Negroes to rise to prominence in every walk of life, in the professions and in the world of sports and entertainment. With this prestige, the Negro will be able to intermarry with the whites and begin a process which will deliver America into our hands.‘”

Does this sound familiar?
